WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Operating Room team in Farmington, CT. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Circulate during surgeries, with a focus on orthopedic, spine, and neurological procedures.
• Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries and ensure all necessary equipment is available and functional.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Operating Room RN or combined OR experience.
• Experience in circulating for orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries is required; scrub experience is highly preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification is required.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
