Description
Our client is seeking a Critical Care RN Educator to join the education team at a leading medical center in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will collaborate with fellow medical educators to deliver continuing education programs for LPNs and RNs. You will also work closely with hospital and clinical leadership to coordinate and schedule educational offerings, ensuring continuing education opportunities are accessible and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Job Function:
- Nigh Shift.
Plan, organize, schedule, and deliver continuing education programs for nurses through in-person seminars, hands-on demonstrations, and virtual formats (webinars, podcasts).
Adapt teaching methods based on learning objectives, audience needs, and content type.
Collaborate closely with medical educators to train LPNs and RNs participating in continuing education courses.
Partner with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to coordinate scheduling and ensure broad access to required education programs.
Ensure continuing education offerings align with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Active RN license.
CCRN certification required.
Nursing Professional Development (NPD) certification preferred.
3–5 years of Critical Care nursing experience.
3–5 years of Nurse Educator experience.
Nurse Clinicians with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
