Description
WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top‑tier clinical team while advancing your career in a fast‑paced acute care environment.
Job Function:
- Night Shift.
- 3x12: 6:45pm-7:15am.
- Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy
- Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations
- Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments
- Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document electronic data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care
Job Requirements:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care telemetry or surgical‑telemetry experience
- BLS- AHA
