WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  NICU  Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Camden, NJ. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN with advanced neonatal care skills and a passion for supporting premature and critically ill newborns.  

Job Function:  

• Day Shift.
• 3x12: 7am-7pm.
• Administer medications,  monitor  vital signs, and provide essential nutrients to newborns.  
• Support premature and critically ill infants whose lungs and systems are not fully developed.  
• Ensure proper respiratory function and developmental progress.  
• Assist  physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans.  
• Maintain  accurate  and up‑to‑date patient records.  
• Deliver compassionate, family‑centered care.  

Job Requirements:

• Active NJ RN License or Compact License

• BLS (cannot expire within 30 days of start)

• NRP

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Special Care Nursery / NICU

• Experience must be within the last 12 months

• Experience attending deliveries preferred

• Strong neonatal assessment and critical care skills

• Ability to float confidently across multiple facilities
