WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced  Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join a respected healthcare system on a contract assignment in Springfield, MA. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN who thrives in a fast‑paced outpatient environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.  

Job Function:  

• Day Shift or Night Shift.
• 3x12.
• Conduct patient intake, including health history, symptoms, and concerns for provider review.  
• Identify changes in patient condition and respond appropriately, including emergency intervention when necessary.  
• Administer medications, perform blood draws, and provide vaccinations  in accordance with  clinical guidelines.  
• Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.  
• Maintain  accurate  and thorough patient records.  
• Stay current with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and new treatment protocols.  

Job Requirements:

• Graduate  of  an accredited School of Nursing or  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).  
• Active RN license  in the state of practice (or willingness to  obtain).  
• BLS certification  through the American Heart Association.  
• Minimum  2 years of clinic or  ambulatory care experience  preferred.  
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
