Local Contract Nurse RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  NICU  Registered Nurse  for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in  Voorhees, NJ. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN with advanced neonatal care skills and a passion for supporting premature and critically ill newborns.

Job Function:

• Shift: 36 hrs | 3x12 Days | 7am- 7pm  
• Administer medications,  monitor  vital signs, and provide essential nutrients to newborns
• Support premature and critically ill infants whose lungs and systems are not fully developed
• Ensure proper  respiratory function and developmental progress
• Assist  physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans
• Maintain  accurate  and up‑to‑date patient records
• Deliver compassionate, family‑centered care

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years NICU experience
• Recent Level III NICU experience required
• Experience with:
  • Micro preemies
  • High-frequency ventilation
• First-time travelers accepted, but prior travel experience preferred
• BLS
• NRP
• Active NJ License or Compact License required at submission
• All licenses and certifications must be in hand at submission
• Pending licenses are NOT accepted
