Description
WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Neonatal Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Newark, NJ
Job Function:
- Shift & Hours: Nights only -7pm-7:30am -EOW
- Administering medications, monitoring vital signs and providing vital nutrients to newborns.
- Because most premature and sick newborns' lungs are not fully developed
- Ensure that infants are breathing and maturing properly.
- Assist physicians in treatment plans and examinations.
- Maintain and update records of the patient's care.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license for the state of NJ
- 2 years of NICU RN experience is required
- BLS, ACLS,NRP certifications from the American Heart Association are required
- Resume, Cover Sheet, References x2, Skills Checklist
- Manager will interview
- First time travelers not accepted
- RTO: MAX 7 days
- May rotate to Emergency Transitional Care Unit
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- EPIC experience preferred
