Description
WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a CVICU Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Jersey City, NJ.
Job Function:
- Shift & Hours: 36 hrs/ 3x12 Nights 7p-7a EOW/EOH
- Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition
- Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members
- Begin treatment and monitor doses
- Maintain patient records
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain)
- 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty
- BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
