We are seeking an experienced Interim Critical Care Director to provide leadership and oversight for the CVICU, ICU, and future SICU. This position will be responsible for clinical operations, quality outcomes, staff leadership, financial management, and the integration of care models across critical care units.

The ideal candidate will have strong ICU and CVICU clinical experience, proven nurse leadership experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement, operational change, and cultural transformation within complex critical care environments.

Required Qualifications:
BSN required
2-5 years of Nurse Manager or Director-level leadership experience
Recent experience in ICU/Critical Care
Clinical or management experience in Medical ICU and CVICU
BLS required
CCRN required/preferred
Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement initiatives
Knowledge of critical care quality and patient outcome metrics
Knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS standards
Experience with budgeting and productivity management
Strong ICU operations and patient flow experience
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and organizational change
