Job Summary

Under general supervision, the RN – Nephrology provides nursing care to patients with medical and renal conditions ranging from simple to complex. This role requires strong Med-Surg and Stepdown experience, with the ability to safely manage patients with dialysis access, central lines, and complex medical needs.

The RN assumes responsibility for assigned patients and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with professional nursing standards.

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or active multistate compact (eNLC) license

Current BLS certification (AHA)

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Med-Surg and Stepdown experience required

Familiarity with central line management, Foley care, dialysis access care, and end-of-life care

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred
