Description

Requirements: Active FL state or multistate license, BLS, minimum of 2+yrs hospital care management exp, as well as Cerner EMR exp.
This is a fast-paced environment- traveler must be able to handle a patient ratio of 1:25, care management discharge planning to all levels of post-acute.
