Description

2 years of supervisory experience required, 4 days of RTO approved. 1. Critically, assess and de-escalate situations: handling staffing during shift change, rounding, assessing all residents with a change in condition, accident and incident reporting.
2. Set assignments for RNs, LPNs, CNAs at facility - Oversee Nursing Model for assigned unit.
3. Admissions (up to 4 per day, typically late afternoon or early evening) & Discharges
4. Initiating IV fluids
5. Phlebotomy
Prolink Region 1 Job ID #J11167. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
