Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum 3+ years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience. (Client requirement.)
• Experience treating geriatric patients and working with restorative nursing programs is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records in a SNF setting is preferred.
