Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a hospital setting
• Effective communication skills, customer service focused, team oriented, and basic computer skills

• On Call: As needed
• Weekend: As needed
• Holidays: Minimum 2 major, 2 minor
