Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience is required

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 5 days per week
• Charting can be done at home
• Must see all assigned patients each day; timing is flexible
• Management of scheduling by DON Peg and Tacha
