Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• No new graduates. Minimum prior clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy is required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with payer and clinic requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student education when assigned.
• Maintain required professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8 shift pattern.
• Start: ASAP.
• Floating: May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
