Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience delivering skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute care physical therapy preferred.
• Experience with evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and documentation in electronic medical records required.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nursing, occupational and speech therapy required.
• Current CPR/BLS and vaccinations per facility policy required.
• Preferred: experience with mobility restoration, balance training, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and use of standard therapy equipment.
