Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Compact License is welcome.

• Shift: Days
• M-F, Guaranteed 40 hours
• Patient load: 12-14 patients per day
