What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Current Florida state licensure in good standing or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Candidates with SLPA credential and demonstrated, documented experience in school-based services will be considered when supervised by a CCC-SLP.
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred. Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and accommodations is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills required.
• Ability to work onsite in a school setting for a maternity leave coverage position. Client requires full-time availability for a 5 day per week schedule during the assignment.

• Assignment Type: Maternity leave coverage; full-time, onsite.
• Duration: Through May 28 (assignment end date provided by client).
• Candidate options: Will consider SLP-A (SLPA) with school-based experience when appropriate CCC-SLP supervision is available.

What You'll Do:

• Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress.
• Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
