Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Client requires experience treating musculoskeletal and post-operative patients; at least 1 year of clinical experience with these populations preferred.
• Ability to perform typical outpatient PT procedures and use common equipment such as therapeutic exercise tools, manual therapy techniques, and electrotherapy modalities preferred.
