Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Client requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule and provide skilled PT services in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting.
• Documentation and electronic medical record proficiency preferred.
