Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required by the client.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in common SNF interventions including fall prevention, gait training, balance training, wheelchair assessments, and restorative programs preferred.
- Ability to document according to facility and regulatory standards. Electronic medical record experience preferred.
- Client requires clinicians to adhere to site-specific policies and workflows. Travel clinician must be able to integrate with existing interdisciplinary teams.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
- Assignment Weeks: 13-week contract.
