Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
  • Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required by the client.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in common SNF interventions including fall prevention, gait training, balance training, wheelchair assessments, and restorative programs preferred.
  • Ability to document according to facility and regulatory standards. Electronic medical record experience preferred.
  • Client requires clinicians to adhere to site-specific policies and workflows. Travel clinician must be able to integrate with existing interdisciplinary teams.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
  • Assignment Weeks: 13-week contract.
