Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Alabama state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is required.
• Documentation of recent experience with restorative care, falls prevention programs, and mobility training preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation in SNF settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday, with 1 weekend rotation per month.
• Shift name: Other.
• Client will consider 13- or 26-week assignments.
• 36-hour guarantee specified by the client.
• Flexible shift consideration; may consider other shift arrangements if needed.
