Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical to SNF settings, including restorative programs and discharge planning, preferred.

• One PT needed to cover multiple SNF locations; candidate must be willing to float between facilities within the local area.
