Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Alabama Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. (Client preference.)
• Must not be a PTA. Candidates must be licensed PTs; PTA applicants will not be considered. (Client requirement.)
• First-time travelers accepted. (Client preference.)
• New graduates will not be considered. (Client requirement.)
• Experience treating a high musculoskeletal/orthopedic patient population preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12–14 patients per day with possible double-booking of follow-up visits. (Client expectation.)
• OT hours require prior approval by the clinic director. (Client requirement.)

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift: Days.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day.
• Option to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a Travel Team. Floating to other clinics is not required.
• Will accept first-time travel clinicians. New graduates not accepted.
