Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital setting preferred.
- Demonstrated competence with patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and use of durable medical equipment in an acute care environment.
- Experience working with post-surgical and medically complex patients preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families.
- Ability to function independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, prioritize tasks, and manage a variable caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to comply with hospital policies, Joint Commission standards, and to participate in mandatory education.

- Shift Details: Days 0700-1900.
- Schedule Pattern: 3x12.
- May be required to assist in other departments as needed and to participate in call rotation when necessary.
