Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Inpatient physical therapy experience required.
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred; Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to meet call requirement of approximately once per month.
• Current immunizations and ability to meet facility health requirements.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift name: Days.
• Typical shift hours: 07:00–15:30. Alternate day shift start times may include 07:30–16:00 or 08:00–16:30.
• Call requirement: approximately once per month.
• Assignment length: 12-week assignment.
