Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Experience using Prognosis EMR preferred.
• Ability to manage a patient load of approximately 12–14 patients per day.
• Experience collaborating with PTAs, PT technicians, and other multidisciplinary clinicians preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Start Date: Late April.
• Length: 13 week assignment with option to extend.
• Typical patient volume: 12–14 patients per day.
• On-site team includes 1 PTA, 1 PT Technician, and 1 Chiropractor.
• EMR: Prognosis.
