Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Preferred)
- Experience meeting productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week and managing 12–14 patients per day preferred. (Preferred)
- Experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred. (Preferred)
- Ability to follow site policy requiring pre-approval from the director for any overtime hours.
- Must be able and willing to float to other clinics as needed.
- PT applicants only. PTA candidates will not be accepted.
- New graduates are not eligible. First-time travelers are accepted.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Primary rate type: 8-hour day schedule (assignment expects a 36-hour guarantee with the expectation of working up to 40 hours).
- Productivity expectation: Approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
- Overtime must be approved by the clinic director before hours are worked.
- Floating: Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics when required.
- Travel team option: Opportunity to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a travel team.
