Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Preferred)
• Must be a licensed PT. PTA candidates will not be accepted.
• New graduates will not be considered. First time travelers are accepted.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and seeing 12–14 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
• Ability to obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Type: Primarily 8-hour day shifts with a 36-hour guarantee and expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• Float Requirement: Floats to other clinics may be required.
• Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Overtime: OT must be approved by director before being worked.
