What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State OT license in New York required to start the assignment.
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in school-based settings preferred.
- Competence conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and writing goal-aligned treatment plans.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams, teachers, and families.
- Familiarity with district, state, and federal documentation requirements and timely compliant record keeping.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Strong communication and time-management skills required. Preferred: experience with assistive technology, sensory integration strategies, and classroom-based consultative models.

What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting to support student participation and educational goals.
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development and goal setting.
- Deliver individualized and group therapy, and implement classroom-based interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to support carryover of skills.
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation and progress reporting per district and state requirements.
