Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida physical therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic evaluations, therapeutic exercise programs, and manual therapy techniques preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document patient progress using electronic medical records preferred.
