Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will provide home health PT services to patients recovering from injury or illness under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Conduct home visits, document patient status, and participate in periodic office meetings. Reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance are required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active Georgia PTA license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a licensed PTA preferred for managing a home health caseload. (Preferred)
• Experience working in home health settings required. Experience with home visit documentation and care plan implementation preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills: email, internet navigation, electronic documentation, user names and password management.
• Must have reliable transportation and agency-required liability insurance.
