Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; candidate must be comfortable treating standard outpatient ortho population.
- Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with possible double-booking of follow-up visits.
- Ability to work OT only with director approval.
- Must be willing to accept first-time travelers and new grads; PTA candidates will not be accepted for this role.
- Commitment to guaranteed 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Type: Day shifts, primary rate type 8‑hour day.
- Float Requirement: No floating to other clinics.
- Start/Assignment Length: 13‑week assignment starting late April (start date flexible, earlier starts accepted).

Atlanta is home to cultural landmarks such as the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca‑Cola located in the downtown arts district, both within a 10–20 minute drive from Midtown. Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport is a major transit hub approximately 15–25 minutes from central parts of the city, providing regional and international flight options. The city supports an active lifestyle with nearby Chattahoochee River trails and access to the North Georgia mountains roughly 1–1.5 hours away for weekend hiking and outdoor recreation.
