Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Alabama State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Recent experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy documentation and common SNF equipment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift Name: Other.
• Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
• Telehealth components may be part of service delivery.
