Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in San Antonio, TX.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- Previous Home Health experience required. Client requires candidates with demonstrated home health skills.
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Ability to manage a caseload consistent with home health expectations and documentation standards. Client expects familiarity with OASIS and home health focused care planning (preferred).
- Must be able to submit a current resume for consideration.
- Must be willing to comply with Level 2 background screening if assigned in Florida (only applies if candidate will work in FL).
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- Start: ASAP.
- Caseload/Code: G36; scheduled for 40 hours.
- Candidate will not be required to float between facilities beyond the home health service area unless requested by the client.
