We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Traverse City, MI. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Completed LARA check required to start the assignment.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing restorative programs, ADL training, and assistive device recommendations preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow established care plans.

• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
