We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Forsyth, IL. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain the skills needed for daily living and participate in restorative and rehabilitative programs. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Illinois COTA license or ability to obtain an Illinois COTA license prior to start.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent prior to start may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and durable medical equipment use preferred.
• Ability to work independently under OT supervision and document per facility policies.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
