Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Minimum clinical experience with geriatric populations and post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with therapy documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
