Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and performing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training preferred.
• Client requires maternity coverage through the end of July to October; prior experience providing coverage or stepped transitions preferred.
