Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient experience. This is preferred, not required.
• Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
• First-time travelers will not be accepted for this role.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient hospital-affiliated therapy clinic.
• Shift name: Days.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week. Shift pattern typically 5x8 or 4x10, clinic-determined consistent day off.
• Patient volume: Average 10–15 patients per day; 30-minute appointment intervals with complex evaluations scheduled for 1 hour.
• Orientation: New employee orientation plus 5 days departmental orientation.
• Weekend rotation: None. On-call: None. Holiday expectations: None.
• Department staffing: 3 therapists, 1 lead therapist, 1 office coordinator, and 2 rehab aides on site.
• Uniform/appearance: Polos provided (teal and black); prefer slacks and clean shoes. Parking: free.
