Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required by client.
• Experience with restorative care, mobility programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week as specified by the client.
• Client requires 14 days cancellation notice for assignment changes.
