Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is required.
• Experience delivering 1:1 and group therapy in SNF settings preferred.
• Documentation proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
