You will assist patients recovering from injury or illness, implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, perform therapeutic exercises, document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Massachusetts PTA license required to begin the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
• Clinical experience with geriatric populations, mobility training, transfers, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
• Ability to follow PT-established plans of care, perform accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with clinical teams.

• Float requirement: May be required to float to other facilities within the client network when requested.
