Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience managing patients with post-acute care needs, transfers, gait training, and restorative programs preferred.
• Ability to document using electronic medical records preferred.
• Must be available to cover an FMLA assignment.
