What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Illinois state licensure in good standing, or eligibility.
• ASHA CCCs.
• Educator's license or certification appropriate for school-based SLPs in Illinois.
• Experience working in a school setting, including conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
• Experience with district and state documentation requirements and IEP platforms preferred.

• Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
• Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• School-based experience conducting assessments and writing IEPs.
• Ability to meet district, state, and federal documentation standards.
• Background clearance and any required school district screenings prior to placement.
• Preferred: Experience with common school IEP software and caseload management in public schools.
