What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Illinois state licensure in good standing, or eligibility.
- ASHA CCCs.
- Educator's license or certification appropriate for school-based SLPs in Illinois.
- Experience working in a school setting, including conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
- Experience with district and state documentation requirements and IEP platforms preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
- Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Illinois state licensure in good standing, or eligibility.
- ASHA CCCs.
- Educator's license or school-based certification in Illinois.
- School-based experience conducting assessments and writing IEPs.
- Ability to meet district, state, and federal documentation standards.
- Background clearance and any required school district screenings prior to placement.
- Preferred: Experience with common school IEP software and caseload management in public schools.
