What We’re Looking For
- Master's Degree in School Psychology.
- State Educator's License or certification valid for Illinois school psychologists.
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and developing IEP recommendations in K–12 settings.
- Familiarity with district and state special education regulations and documentation procedures.
- Preferred: Experience with behavioral interventions, RTI/MTSS frameworks, or counseling services in schools.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and intervention plans that support academic and personal success.
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to provide assessment interpretation and placement recommendations.
- Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Illinois Educator's License or appropriate state certification for school psychologists.
- Experience conducting K–12 psychoeducational evaluations and developing IEP recommendations.
- Knowledge of district, state, and federal special education documentation and compliance.
- Client requirement: Must be available for NIA orientation on 8/3/26 and able to begin assignment on 8/19/26; assignment end date 5/28/27.
- Preferred: Experience with RTI/MTSS frameworks, behavioral intervention planning, or school-based counseling services.
