Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience required; candidate must demonstrate competency in outpatient orthopedic evaluation and treatment.
- Experience evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer requirements, including letters of medical necessity and functional quality indicators.
- Experience with outpatient clinic documentation systems and charge entry preferred.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to ancillary therapy staff and provide student supervision as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state practice act, professional licensure in good standing, and required continuing education.

- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to work with established physician orders and insurance authorizations.
