Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic health records and complete required visit documentation timely.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned geographic region, including occasional travel to nearby cities such as Oakland and Hayward as client needs require.
• Two Physical Therapists needed to cover Oakland/Hayward region; candidates with availability to support that coverage are preferred.

• Shift Details: 5 days per week.
• Candidates must be available to travel within the local region and may be asked to float to other client locations as needed.
