What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure in good standing in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain Oregon licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Oregon Educator License with SLP endorsement or eligibility preferred.
• Experience providing services to children birth to 3 years old required.
• Experience in school-based or early intervention settings required.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintaining compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do:

• Provide speech and language therapy for infants and young children, focusing on birth to 3 age range.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized goals and treatment plans aligned with IEPs or early intervention plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative services in school and community settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to support child development and transitions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.

• Assignment Type: Local contract for school year (190-day contract, July through June).
• Service Population: Birth to 3 years old.
• Locations Covered: Salem and South Marion County. Floating between district sites may be required.
